Privacy

This page covers this website, enchristo.org. The en Christō app is still being built and will have its own privacy policy before anyone can sign up.

What this website collects

Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no forms. The fonts and images are served from this site, so your browser does not contact any other company when you read it.

Like every web server, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data for anything else.

The demonstrations on the home page

The “I prayed” demonstration creates a random code and its SHA-256 hash inside your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. The offline switch only changes what the page shows.

ScriptureMeter

ScriptureMeter, at scripturemeter.enchristo.org, runs in your browser. If you search for a song by name, it asks a public lyrics service (lrclib.net) for that song’s words. Lyrics you paste stay in your browser.
